If we are committed to placing "the right person to the right job at the right time", and we are, we need a pool of jobs from various Twin Cities based companies. Our pool of "right jobs" consists of companies that are convinced that bringing in the right person is more important then bringing in a "body".
We freely admit that we don't have all of the answers to make Performix the Twin Cities business choice for filling staff augmentation positions, but we do want to listen. The more we learn what is important to our clients, the more we can construct an environment that will ensure that they try filling that position from Performix first.
