If we are committed to placing "the right person to the right job at the right time", and we are, we need a pool of people who are committed to excellence with a wide variety of skills. Our pool of "right people" consists of IT professionals who enjoy the stability of full time employment as well as a list of qualified independent contractors who enjoy the freedom .of .self employment. .The .choice between .becoming a full time .employee or an independent contractor will be entirely up to each individual.
How do we fill our pool of the "right people"? The answer goes back to our corporate mission, to be the software consulting company of choice for IT professionals in the Twin Cities area. We freely admit that we don't have all of the answers that will make Performix the IT professionals choice, but we do want to listen. The more we hear from IT professionals on what is important to them, the more we can construct an environment that they will want to be part of.
